I would like to wish you all a Happy Resurrection and a Happy Easter! May these upcoming festive days be filled with joy, peace and love. Let our faith in life be renewed and let our hearts be filled with hope for a better tomorrow. To enjoy the opportunity to share moments of love and happiness with our loved ones, thus strengthening our relationships and creating indelible memories.
At the same time, let me inform you that the dietetic office will be closed from May 3 to 10. This decision takes into account the importance of family and rest, offering the possibility to enjoy the festive moments with full presence and dedication. I encourage you to take advantage of this period to enjoy your time with your loved ones and renew your energy. From May 13 onwards we will all come back completely renewed and in the mood to continue the effort of adopting healthy eating habits with the aim of health and well-being in our lives!
As a Nutritionist - Dietician, I advise you to pay attention to the quality and quantity of the foods you choose for the Easter table. Opt for lighter versions of traditional recipes, using fresh and seasonal ingredients such as vegetables and herbs to add flavor without extra calories. For example, if you are preparing lamb, marinate it with plenty of herbs and minimal olive oil, and roast it with plenty of vegetables. This way, you will be able to enjoy the holidays while maintaining your health and balance in your diet.
Happy Easter!
