Fasting soft oatmeal cookies without sugar!

For those of you who are fasting, but also for those of you who love cookies and avoid sugar, I have a very quick and easy recipe that will delight you!
- bowl
- fork
- oven pan
- parchment paper
- 4 τμχ μπανάνες
- 200 γραμμάρια νιφάδες βρώμης
- 200 γραμμάρια αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις
- 1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού σόδα
- 1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι
- 2 κουταλάκια του γλυκού κανέλα
- 100 γραμμάρια αραβοσιτέλαιο
- 80 γραμμάρια μέλι
- zest of one orange
I melt the bananas in a bowl
I pour all the other ingredients in and mix well
I put parchment paper on a baking sheet
I place 1 tablespoon of my mixture for each cookie, side by side, leaving space in between, as the cookies will "spread" as they bake.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (top and bottom resistances) for 15 minutes.
Incredibly soft cookies for the whole family and for you, of course, who are fasting!
An ideal recipe for small children who want to avoid sugar!
