Educational speech and activities on the topic of nutrition at the "Taratajum" kindergarten

Μια μέρα με τα παιδιά του "Ταρατατζούμ" μιλώντας για τη σωστή διατροφή και αναλύοντας τη Μεσογειακή Πυραμίδα!

Σήμερα είχα την ευχαρίστηση να συμμετέχω με τα kids από τον παιδικό σταθμό “Ταρατατζούμ”, ηλικίας 3-4 ετών, σε μια εκπαιδευτική δραστηριότητα που εστίασε στη θεματολογία της υγιεινής Nutritionς και της φυσικής excerciseς. Κατά τη διάρκεια της συνάντησής μας, εξερευνήσαμε εκτενώς τα στοιχεία της Μεσογειακής Πυραμίδας, μιλήσαμε για την ποικιλομορφία των τροφίμων που περιλαμβάνει και τη σημασία της κατάλληλης συχνότητας κατανάλωσής τους.

In addition, we emphasized the importance of hydration and daily physical activity in maintaining a healthy life. Through the educational activity, the children were able to gain valuable knowledge and increase their awareness of the importance of healthy eating and exercise.

After the speech, a team game was organized aimed at strengthening the knowledge gained and encouraging teamwork. Through various obstacles and challenges, the children had the opportunity to apply their new knowledge in practice. Fun combined with education, creating an experience rich in learning and interaction. In this way, the educational activity was a comprehensive and multidimensional approach to the education of children in matters of healthy nutrition and physical activity.

I always feel very happy when I participate in such educational activities involving children. I know how important it is to give nutrition education to children even at a young age, because in this way we build the right foundations for a future with health and vitality. Because proper nutrition means health!
