Here you will discover a variety of sweet and savory recipes that aim to offer new taste experiences in your daily diet. All recipes are designed with your health and well-being in mind, offering little or no sugar and minimal fat.
With the following recipe, I am launching the "Recipes" category and I hope it excites you! So, for you who are fasting, but also for you who are a lover of cookies and avoid sugar, I have a very quick and easy recipe that you will love!
Fasting soft oatmeal cookies without sugar!
Equipment
- bowl
- fork
- oven pan
- parchment paper
Ingredients
- 4 pcs bananas
- 200 grams oat flakes
- 200 grams flour for all uses
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 100 grams corn oil
- 80 grams honey
- zest of one orange
Instructions
- I melt the bananas in a bowl
- I pour all the other ingredients in and mix well
- I put parchment paper on a baking sheet
- I place 1 tablespoon of my mixture for each cookie, side by side, leaving space in between, as the cookies will "spread" as they bake.
- Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (top and bottom resistances) for 15 minutes.
