Fasting soft oatmeal cookies without sugar!

For those of you who are fasting, but also for those of you who love cookies and avoid sugar, I have a very quick and easy recipe that will delight you!

Equipment

  • bowl
  • fork
  • oven pan
  • parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pcs bananas
  • 200 grams oat flakes
  • 200 grams flour for all uses
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 100 grams corn oil
  • 80 grams honey
  • zest of one orange

Instructions
 

  • I melt the bananas in a bowl
  • I pour all the other ingredients in and mix well
  • I put parchment paper on a baking sheet
  • I place 1 tablespoon of my mixture for each cookie, side by side, leaving space in between, as the cookies will "spread" as they bake.
  • Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (top and bottom resistances) for 15 minutes.

Incredibly soft cookies for the whole family and for you, of course, who are fasting!
