Penne with tomato sauce and cheese

Ingredients
- 320 grams whole wheat penne
- 300 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 τεμάχιο fresh onion
- 240 grams goat cheese
- 8 teaspoons olive oil
- herbs
Instructions
- I boil the penne for 11 minutes in salted water and after they are ready, drain and set aside
- In the pyrex I place the cherry tomatoes and the chopped spring onion
- Pour the olive oil and herbs on top. I preferred oregano, pepper and a bit salt
- I stir to get the olive oil everywhere
- I place my cheese in the middle of the pyrex
- I bake at 180 degrees Celsius, in the air, for 15-20 minutes
- I take it out of the oven and mix my melted mixture well to make a nice sauce
- I drop my pennies on top and do a final stir
Notes
The fresh onion gives an incredible flavor to the dish! Because of the vegetables in the serving, you'll fill up and enjoy this pasta like no other!
